Cancer Association of Anderson

The Cancer Association of Anderson was founded in March 2003 by a group of cancer survivors, health care professionals and community leaders who want to improve the quality of life for cancer patients and survivors and their families living in Anderson County, South Carolina.
The charming 100-year-old home that houses our office belongs to Dr. Rajeev Malik, and we appreciate so much his generosity!

Our Services Include:

  • Emotional support through support groups

  • Free new and gently used wigs, hats, breast prostheses and bras

  • A library of books and pamphlets

  • Connection to other people who have fought cancer and survived.

  • Referral to services here and elsehwere that will help cancer patients and their families

Office Hours: Monday-Thursday, 8:30 to 5, Friday, 8:30 to Noon. (Note: If you are a new patient, please do not come between noon and 2 p.m., when we may not be able to give you our full attention due to lunch hours.)
