Cancer Association of Anderson
Feel Better by Taking Oncology Rehabilitation!

A group of survivors gather in the classroom with Becky Rodgers, RN, coordinator of the
Oncology Rehab program at LifeChoice.

Anderson  County residents can take the 10-week Oncology Rehabilitation program at AnMed Health's LifeChoice Gymnasium thanks to the Cancer Association of Anderson and support from the Palmetto Peloton Project. During the classes, which meet Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., patients excercise under supervision of nurses and exercise physiologists, then take a class on survivorship subjects such as nutrition, dealing with stress and depression and fighting fatigue.
If you are currently in treatment or have finished in the past year, call Becky Rodgers at 512-1505 to enroll in Oncology Rehabilitation.
