Cancer Association of Anderson
   The Girlfriends' Tea

Connie Bethea, one of our tea hostesses

Each year the Cancer Association of Anderson hosts a tea party for women. Hostesses at
tables of eight decorate with a theme they choose and bring their own china,
glassware and place settings. Entertainment has included a fashion show,
singers, a motivational speaker and tea etiquette specialists. Our 2008 tea was held Jan. 26 and raised over $13,000 for the Cancer Association! The next tea
will be held February 21, 2009. If you would like to be a table hostess, call Julie Hart at 222-3500.
